How we use what you send us

When you request a tour or send a message through this website, we collect the details you type: your name, how to reach you, and your message. We use them only to respond to you and to arrange your visit. The request is delivered to Prospect Manor's admissions team through the secure care management system the home uses to run its day-to-day operations.

Please do not include medical information in these forms. If you need to discuss a resident's care, call us at (626) 799-1141.

We do not sell your information and we do not use advertising trackers on this site. The family portal linked from this site is a separate, password-protected service for families of current residents.
